I was on the first flight of a new pair of batteries. Twelve minutes after takeoff I received a "battery voltage difference warning and connection failure." #2 battery on the I2 was showing 0 volts. Needless to say I brought the I2 back, just before landing I got battery #2 back, so it was obviously a connection error.

I know the battery was seated properly prior to flight. I have had to reinstall batteries before to get a good connection, but never had one disengage and then reengage, any ideas.

Ok, question, how do I download my warning data and flight data to my computer?

Thanks Meta4, I'll do that.
Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
That will give you a detailed report of the flight.
You can post a link to the report if you want to share it or get help with it.

Doesn't work for me, flight log viewer will not work on my computer.

That's an unusual computer then.
You can't be doing it right.
It's a simple webpage .. upload your txt file and Phantomhelp decodes the data and presents it in an easy to follow format.
If you can't get it to work but want to see what it shows, post the .txt file here and I'll do it for you and send a link to see the result.
