If they do it will show disparity in the justice system between the private and public sector as to date they have declined to even file charges against people that have shot at privately owned drones.

Maybe they deputized the drone like they do the dogs, and his firing at it qualifies as assaulting an officer with intent to do great bodily harm.

That is not how the criminal justice system works; "if we prosecuted 10 men last week we must prosecute 10 women this week?" US Attorneys, as all prosecutors, make prosecutorial decisions based on the facts and the merits of each case. And yes, attacks on public safety UAS are and should be a priority. Anyone reckless enough to attack a public safety UAS is certainly less inhibited about attacking someone else's drone.

The time is overdue for a US Attorney to prosecute someone, whether the UAS is private or public, for 18 U.S. Code § 32 and set legal precedence.

Does anyone have an accurate list of all of this charges?

This would be a GREAT opportunity to set some precedence even a small one.
