March 29, 1302 MDT - DJI Custom Unlock Down?

Is anyone else having trouble with the Custom Unlock process at DJI FlySafe?

After I finish the first page, the 2nd page with the Google map with the colored pins says "This page can't load Google Maps correctly."

I'm getting to the maps just fine, but I keep getting this notice: "There is an error in the information verification. Please ensure that the application information you submitted is correct and valid." I've been over it numerous times and can't find any error.
