Maximum wind speed for flight (DJI Mini 3 Pro)

Of course, in aviation we describe wind speed in nautical miles per hour (knots) these days - and that’s what you’ll see in your METAR. Metres per second is another option. Check your UAV/RPA manual for the manufacturer’s specifications.

Since you mentioned you are a new pilot, I would keep it to a lower speed than the manual states.

It depends on your Skill Set. Just like having a car that does 150MPH doesn't mean the driver is qualified to drive it at 150MPH.

Aviation is all about Risk and Skill assessment and making the decisions to keep the risks lower than your skills can handle.

I do not fly in any real wind condition, 13 to 15 mph is my average limit, not due to skill set since my drone basically flies itself, but because of possible gust and my surveys take longer to do and are not nice to look at.
