Thanks Michael. I have Jacksonville roots (high school, some college, entered military, granddaughters live so we visit several times a year). Minnesota is one of the states that has their own licensing to fly a drone, commercially, but North Carolina has for all drone flying.

Apparently you register them like a vehicle there too.

I got my North Carolina license, downloaded all the data and study materials, but before I opened any I took the test and passed first time out. Minnesota is mostly registration.
