I need advice to archive my emails. I know it's an unrelated question to ask but I didn't find any perfect solution for this. If anyone knows about this please help me out here.

WELCOME to the forum.

What email do you use? We need a lot more information than given in order to give relevant advice.

Have you tried googling your email provider and Email Archive?

I archive my emails on my local computer. I created a local folder in my email and drag the ones I want to save into it. This folder is saved on my local machine and then becomes part of my regular backup. This takes the email off the server but it is still searchable by my email program so It's there when/if I need it. My emails are saved to a folder named by year, for example (2019 Saved, 2020 Saved, 2021 Saved)

All email programmes have a Mailbox archive option these days. Select the mailbox, find "Export" or "Archive"... Or do as @ProBowie suggests above and save individually as you go.
