A new drone is available from Soten from Japan.
It looks to be a competitor for the Mavic 3 IMO, and has some interesting features that equal or rival the Mavic 3 E.
Swappable payloads (20MP Mechanical Shutter, Multi-Spectral, EO/Thermal (320)
LTE connection
IP Rating
NDAA Compliant
SDK
A decent first try entry IMO.
My dislikes are:
Price @ $9K to start
Short Flight Time (Compared to Mavic 3 Series)
Thermal is only 320 which is so 2020 ish
No Smart Controller (For me this is non-negotiable for my use cases)
SBAS type GNSS that only works in Japan for sub meter accuracy/precision
I do love competition as it helps with innovation and better pricing for all.
Hopefully this model gets Soten established and they can better this current iteration and innovate a more worthy competitor.

Japan's SOTEN drone — 'affordable', NDAA-compliant DJI rival — now shipping in US
The steep price tag aside, the small and compact SOTEN drone can be used for mapping, surveying, and infrastructure inspection jobs.
