Supposedly the FAA is adding an instrument rating for UAS pilots.

This article is literally the only place I have found this mentioned so far, can't find it anywhere else.

I wonder if attaining this rating may be part of laying the groundwork to allow one to fly at night, outside VLOS, and closer to clouds etc outside of the COA process.
