Residential Roof Photo Missions – FAA Part 107 Pilots


Roof-Drone is currently onboarding FAA Part 107–certified drone pilots for straightforward residential roof photo missions. These assignments are designed to be quick, local, and easy to complete.


Compensation

• $25–$35 per roof scan
• Typical mission time: 10–15 minutes (flight + upload)
• Opportunities to increase effective hourly earnings when completing multiple nearby properties

Active Markets

• Texas: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin
• Pilots in other states may also apply for future availability

Scope of Work

• Fly residential properties
• Capture clear, high-quality roof photos
• Upload raw images only via a secure link
• No editing, reports, or post-processing required

Requirements

• Active FAA Part 107 certification
• Reliable drone and camera capable of high-resolution photos
• Ability to follow simple capture guidelines
