Was testing out a new third party gimbal and VuePro camera today on I2 for the first time. I took off and straight up to about 50 feet. While hovering noticed the craft just start slowly climbing unable stop it. Not touching sticks at all. Had strong connection but it continued to keep drifting straight up. Initiate return to home started but would not decent. Full stick down with now response. Several seconds later dropped downward very fast until is hovered at about 15 feet and again no decent functionality. Finally landed without issue but it was white knuckle. Not fun.

Latest firmware on IOS and craft. Was almost positive that downward facing censors were disabled but this is my only thought as to the behavior. this new gimbal is not covering the sensor by thinking that it might have interfered just being close. What log might be the quickest way to see if that was the root cause and how do I get it posted to someone could possible give some professional insight.

If your gimbal or camera is blocking the sensors the inspire might believe it is too close to the ground. Remember those sensor only work within a few feet of the ground. I would turn them off and see how your next flight goes. First I would fly the I2 without the new gimbal and camera and see how she responds.
