I am working on creating a sUAS training manual for both manual and automated flights. I am taking elements from NIST as well as TOP and combining them with other suggested training drills and manuals.

Does anyone have any resources they have used to develop training materials?

What country are you in. Just go to the FAA website if in the USA and look there. They set the rules.

The OP is in the US.

The FAA doesn't give any guidance in terms Training Manuals for Automated or Manual flights.

No intention to publish. This will be used internally with new UAS pilots.

Admirable, but not an easy task, wish you luck with it. I remember when I first started, watched everything read everything I could. Now down the track I realised that there is a lot of rubbish out there and everyone wants to put his hand in your pocket. That’s why I enjoy the forum.
