Do you think getting my Thermal level 1 is worth it? It cost about $1800 with the test. Former Vet here. I'm struggling to find jobs with my part 107 so wondering if getting my level 1 is even worth it?
It's a big commitment for a specific discipline and "hoping" to get jobs on your own. I'd apply for a data technician job and let them get what you need. Many of the thermography jobs are using handheld cameras indoors, and only a small amount outdoor with a drone.
Check out Clemson Drone. They offer a Vocational Training Course that's covered by the VA. You have to front the cost but they help submit paperwork afterwards to get it re-reimbursed.
