Woulld like to see if it is possible to manage/analyize turf conditions in parks with drones. If so, what drone/equipment would be needed? And where can I find out more about this possibility?

I am also interested in exploring this area.
I was recently charged with the task of monitoring and treating an area of ornamental trees for a species of webworm. Using a DJI Air 2S to manually monitor the tops of trees for worm activity and then a DJI Agras to treat the infested areas.
As far as turf is concerned, I would guess multispectral data could be used to determine lack of nutrients or pest pressure. You could then turn this into a variable rate application map and treat it with an ag drone.
To answer your initial questions, I think it is definetly possible.
