Use of FAA logo

I was thinking about putting some version of the FAA logo on my website. I found out that is not legal. I do see a lot of company websites that use the logo. I think it is more professional to obey the law, even though it obviously is not strictly enforced. Definitely not legal to use their logo on YOUR work or website unless you happen to be referencing the FAA directly and linking to their site.

I have the words "Federal Aviation Administration" followed by my AC number on my drone/equipment case. It doesn't say "property of" and that is an FAA number! LOL
