Based on Sydney's Northern beaches...shoot commercial photography and was one of the first to secure all the appropriate aviation certificates. Also hold science research permits to 'shoot' whales for our research based organisation
www.living ocean.org.au. I specialise in resorts and high end real estate although we have noticed the drone image capture fad has definitely gone off the boil. Also noticed that a lot of countries will now not allow drone capture from other nationals..you have to use a local citizen, who is often part of a small cartel. So a drone is just a part of the camera kit and makes up maybe 5% of your shotlist. Interested to hear about trends elsewhere. Also noticed a lot of my clients say they are flooded with 'bloggers' and Instagram'ers who will shoot for free in exchange for travel and accommodation. etc so that eats into commercial jobs as well. Its all part of the world now being flooded with tons of images requiring not a lot of talent.
Oh, Sydney is in Australia
