Not one to disagree on that thought. It does almost seem like progress.

Man, if you consider progress "up to five years' jail time"........... Unfortunately, Thailand is known for the disproportionate prison sentences it imposes and in this case it has been no less.

If you compare it to the Spanish regulations, for example, flying a drone that can put you in jail is unthinkable, and the fines are much lower than here. The article itself is interesting to see how regulations that control this market are implemented everywhere, that is always good.
