XT2 problem on m600 pro

I cannot see the SD card in DJI go when using a iPad. i am doing DroneDeploy jobs but even in the XT pro app I cannot format the SD card or see what is on it. After I complete the job I can take the SD card out and put it in a computer and all images are there. Thanks for any help

I am using the DJI go app and the XT pro app on a iPad. Also using DroneDeploy on same ipad

Can you try it with a crystal sky with the DJI go app?

Works great with the crystal sky. Can see all items but of course cannot use dronedeploy

Also get the gimbal disconnected

I believe the XT2 (your title) requires the DJI Pilot app, not the GO 4 or GO.
