If you have a lot of batteries, get another P4P. Only the P4P has the mechanical shutter that is necessary for high speed mapping, often needed for real estate, and it also offers 4K 60fps instead of only 4K 30fps. Unless you need the portability of the M2P, get the P4P.

Phantom 4 Pro does not create separate .SRT files natively. They must be extracted from the video file, which will only include them if subtitles are turned on in the GO 4 app video settings.

In addition to the other constructive comments, I am seeing a lot of frame judder from your turns. Since you are shooting in 1080p anyway, consider increasing the frame rate to 60fps or even 120fps to smooth out the turns.
