Maybe check out Drone Harmony - they are mapping mountain slopes - a little similar?

But it is another software platform, that you have to pay for...
We use A4 coated targets, but for resting targets, that shall be available for more days, we use numbered crosses made with yellow paint cans. This yellow paint vanishes in a couple of weeks.
Hallo!
I am just curious - how is this affecting your business in the US?
Are people selling their DJI drones cheap now?
Do you have an honest alternative when looking at price and performance - are the US drone developers blooming now?
Thanks in advance - from DK
Hi guys, and thank you for a good forum.
We use Trimble GPS equipment to set off Ground Control Points when flying with our M210 RTK1. But now I have been introduced to much cheaper equipment. See Reach RS+ – buy RTK GNSS/GPS receiver at best price | Emlid Store
Do any of you have experience...
Thank you Deltadave!
I guess, we will do the flight with our M210 RTK keeping a distance of 10 - 15 m from the towers, powerlines and transformer stations with 132 kV, and we will combine the drone survey with the land meter survey with laser scanner to get a united picture/model.
Yeah, I am...
Hallo forum!
Do any of you have experience with flying surveys of power lines and transformer stations?
We have got an inquiry for such a job in DK.
Someone told me, that our M210 RTK v. 1 would not make the job when flying 15 m away from installations.
What do you say?
Thanks in advance!
A bit late - but here it is:
I had trouble with air transport of our M210 RTK with TB55 batteries this summer. They were to big/powerful to bring on a passenger jet. As no cargo jet was flying to that destination, I had to use sea transportation, which was very expensive.
Be aware of limitations...
I have done unlocking on the CS twice while in the air. Via the mobile phone you get to confirm the unlocking, and it keeps a log of it. No problem at all.
Thanks for your explanation - so the RTK and the satellites really doesn't help me in this situation surveying under a bridge. What do others use to model a bridge from below?
Hallo Pilots!
I am disappointed of the RTK function, when flying under a bridge. I have to fly in ATTI mode in spite of the RTK base station having a good signal outside the bridge.
Am I doing it wrong? Any experience with this?
