    I don't see a tool, but if you're going to do your Part 107, there are some excellent online courses. I used remotepilot101.com, others on the forum like Pilot Institute. With 101's courses and practice tests I only missed 2 questions. Ample buffer to pass. Good luck.

    You'll need to get your Part 107 if you're to do commercial work. Without one, what you did for the monastery is a no-no.

    Similar cities. Redondo Beach, Santa Monic and Beverly Hills. It might not be a bona fide FAA Waiver. The city makes a guarantee of responsibility etc. and the FAA blesses it.

    I interviewed with a company doing police work for different agencies. They have a BVLOS waiver for 3 miles in one jurisdiction. In another, same equipment and pilots, they can't get one. Go figure.

    Somebody was looking for some drone video and photos on Hollywood Blvd, for less than $100 IIRC. That notwithstanding, how much would a permit be for something like that? Sure wouldn't be worth the trouble for that kind of pay.

    I like to guess altitudes of passing aircraft and then check on FR24. That single engine Cessna or the like is usually much higher than I thought. Doing this though will help you when you can't check ADS-B while flying.

    Wow. I have two feeders and they barely get used. Every time one bird starts to drink another comes by and chases it off. Not sure if anything can be done about that.

    You might want to rethink compass calibrations. This is a good read. I've not calibrated my P4P v2 even out of the box. She has 90 flights various locations. I go by the app and of course checking the map...

    AFAIK it doesn't matter. I've requested approvals for practice with no intention of flying during the flight window.
