I'm not a professional photographer, but have attempted to learn photography for some time now. The thing that amazes me is the quality of the cameras today. My Mavic Pro, and companies Inspire 2 take incredible photos. I'm using the X5 camera on the Inspire 2, and I actually think the Mavic take as good if not better pictures.
So it is understandable why some people can go out and shoot decent quality photos with little experience. To me the art is in knowing what makes a good photograph and what doesn't. As for the mechanics, the cameras today do almost all the work. Just me opinion.
