What software or programs are we using for processing / deliverables?

I'm trying to figure out what programs I can use to process and create deliverables. I only have access to a MacBook Air and am limited financially speaking. Does anyone know of any free or more affordable options when it comes to processing data and acquiring the deliverables from the same program? I'm wanting to get into inspections, 2d/3d photogrammetry, and some construction progress services. Any advice helps. Thanks
