Your drone only need to be registered to fly. If you're not flying it, it doesn't need to be registered anymore.

A gimbal might be nice to help keep the camera stable but is not required. Think of other fixed wing drones. (i.e. Wingtra, eBee) These don't have gimbals and they produce great results. A gimbal would also likely add significant weight and complexity.

I think you're spot on. The P4RTK is not near was it was advertised as. Not the cheapest option but if you can afford it, the most streamline solution in my opinion is using the Propeller PPK method. That's what we use and it's been working well. Let me know if you need any more info.

This is the checklist that I developed and use for our company. I print it out, laminate it, and keep it inside the drone case. You can also keep it on the iPad and view digitally but I prefer the physical copy. I also have a slightly different one I use for the M210.

I have an airspace authorization for Hobby and call them quite regularly. They are usually very easy to work with. Let me know if you have any questions.

I use PTGui to stitch and then Panotour for creating the actual tour. As mentioned though Panotour doesn't seem to be available anymore. We're also using Holobuilder but that's online.
