Hi Everyone,
I’ve been flying DJI drones for a few years now, but finally decided to get my Part 107. Just recently passed the exam, so now it’s time learn how to become a professional pilot. This is my full time job now. There is much for me to learn, I could not think of a better place to start.
I am a member on a couple of other forums on this platform, so drone flying is not new to me. I started out with original Phantom, and have owned DJI drones through the years. Currently I fly a Mavic Air 2, but have plans on upgrading to something more professional by the end of the year.
I look forward to learning from all, and will share as my knowledge and wisdom as I go.

Hello Everyone, I joined the Mavic group a few days ago. Figured I need to come over here to get more information on the business side of it. I own a Mavic 2 Pro with a parachute and pontoons lol. I'm looking to start up my own business to make some money while enjoying flying! Thanks

Hello, I'm from Montana, recently retired. Bought an Autel Evo 2 Pro 6K. Have my Part 107 Pilot card. Been flying mostly recreationally, or getting used to ( I really it!! ) flying the drone. Am interested in doing Real Estate, Construction, actually any type of flying where i can earn some additional income. Any advice on how to/where to start my new adventure is welcome!! Hi Everyone, I'm Jeff, been flying for about 5 years, got my 107 last year. Also have private pilot. Trying to get started with drone work here in Atlanta area.
Interesting story and a heads up for everyone.....Someone contacted be through my business listing via email. Had a 22 day consecutive shoot.
We passed several emails back and forth talking about introductions, expectations, estimates, payment methods......then I got an email asking me to transfer a payment for his architect. Basically going to pay me $4000 over my fee via credit card and I was to use the cash app to send to architect in Japan.
This is a big big scam.....I cant believe how much work this person put into this. He had to read my responses and formulate an appropriate response. If he put that much work into a legitimate job, he would be rich. This was much more involved than the Prince of Uganda sending me $4million dollars to hold on to email scam we have all seen
But I wanted to get this out to everyone so you are aware of such scams.

Hello All, My name is Drol Alarid. I recently started up my own Graphic Design company that also utilizes UAS's as a part of my services. I have been flying drones since 2016 but now I am putting my knowledge to use. I have a fleet of three drones: DJI Mavic 2 zoom, DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced and a Yuneec Typhoon Q500 4K. However, since I am new to the fly for profit world I could use some guidance. I started up my company "Synapsis Art Studios llc" in July and so far I have not been able to get any clients. I look forward to getting to know my fellow pilots.
